Blog Series Intention Recap
“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever.”
— Psalm 136:1 (ESV)
Biblical gratitude has a memory. Throughout Scripture, God calls His people to remember who He is, what He has done, and the promises He has made. When we forget, we begin to trust ourselves and take His blessings for granted. When we remember, gratitude grows, even when life is hard. And because the God who was faithful in the past will remain faithful in the future, thanksgiving does more than look backward. It gives us confidence to trust Him today, tell the next generation about His faithfulness, and look forward with hope to everything He has promised.
